Agreement

By downloading or using Usage Battery ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions

Auto-renewable subscriptions, if offered, are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.

What the App does

The app displays Cluade Code and Codx usage limits. On Mac it reads the existing Cluade Code sign-in from your Keychain to request Anthropic usage data. Codx uses your ChatGPT account through OpenAI sign-in and reads usage from chatgpt.com; its tokens stay in the device Keychain. Apple iCloud key-value storage relays Cluade Code usage numbers, never tokens, from Mac to iPhone or iPad.

You are responsible for your Anthropic and OpenAI accounts and their terms. We do not operate or guarantee their services or the accuracy or availability of their usage data. Usage Battery is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.

Ownership

The App and its intellectual property rights belong to Roman Resenchuk. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease or sublicense the App.

Usage Battery Pro

The app is free to download. Pro is an optional App Store subscription: $1.99 weekly or $19.99 yearly, with a 3-day trial on the yearly plan for eligible new subscribers. Prices may vary by country and currency; the purchase screen shows the applicable price. One subscription covers iPhone, iPad and Mac on the same Apple Account. Pro unlocks extra accounts, projections, alerts, meters, trends, timers and widget styles.

Apple charges your account at purchase confirmation or when the trial ends, and for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription ends to avoid renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription; purchases can be restored in the app. Refunds follow Apple's policies. We never receive your payment details.

Mac purchases made before 2026-10-06 16:00 UTC keep Pro on Mac without a subscription. Pro offers are presented by a native StoreKit 2 paywall on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue or profit arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at our sole election.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
