Currency Converter: Best does not require an account and does not collect or sell personal data. This page describes what the app actually does.
Exchange rate data
To display live rates, the app queries free, keyless exchange-rate APIs (including Frankfurter, open.er-api.com, Yahoo Finance, and the fawazahmed0 currency-api) directly from your device. These requests do not include any personal identifier — only the currency codes needed to fetch a rate. The most recently fetched rates are cached on your device so conversions keep working offline.
Local storage
Favorite currencies, conversion history and app settings are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us.
Subscriptions
Full access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription handled entirely by Apple's App Store. Payment information is processed by Apple; we never see your card details. The in-app paywall is presented using Superwall, which receives an anonymous app-user identifier and subscription/transaction status — never your payment details.

Exchange-rate data providers (Frankfurter, open.er-api.com, Yahoo Finance, fawazahmed0 currency-api) are free, keyless public APIs queried directly by the app; no account or personal data is sent to them beyond the currency codes needed to fetch a rate.
Analytics and tracking
The app does not use any analytics or advertising SDK, does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), and does not track you across apps or websites.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
